NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of West Vancouver Streamkeeper Society ("WVSS") for 2008 will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, 885- 22nd Street, West Vancouver, BC at 7:30pm on Thursday September 18th, 2008 for the following purposes:

1. Welcome
2. Review and adoption of the Minutes of the 2007 AGM
3. To receive and consider:
   1. The Annual Report from the President;
   2. The Financial Statements of the West Vancouver Streamkeeper Society for the period ending March 31, 2008
4. To elect the Directors of the Society
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting
6. Adjournment
